How many files per collector
I wanted to take a poll of how many active files everybody thinks each collector should have? I willl give you a bit of a back ground of our company. We are debt buyers and we do legal collections in four different states. Right now, we try to have collectors specialize in one state. We have the collector do all, Skiptrace, call, etc.
