Virtual Collections
Does anyone on here have any experience utilizing a "virtual collector" through a web interface? The idea is intriguing but I'm not sure if I can see such a product having a big ROI for a third-party CA. Seems to me that most debtors need to be "pursuaded" into paying their bills at this stage. But on the other hand, I think it makes sense to allow debtors to pay in every way possible. Thoughts
