How many files per collector

I wanted to take a poll of how many active files everybody thinks each collector should have? I willl give you a bit of a back ground of our company. We are debt buyers and we do legal collections in four different states. Right now, we try to have collectors specialize in one state. We have the collector do all, Skiptrace, call, etc.

SSN NUMBER ACCESS......... HELP

Currently our firm uses Accurint for our skiptracing etc will full ssn number access, now they have changed and are masking the ssn's which is not allowing us to effectively collect. Can anyone give me some other sources that allow full ssn's etc?any help would be most appreciated

Im still new to this field

Ok so i just made it to the one year mark... and i enjoy this work. the people i work with are very helpful in teaching me the trade. now i need to start moving forward i know i control my own reigns... practice makes perfect as Ive learned ... and im feeling the money im making... but i want to make more... any suggestions as to how to begin fine tuning my craft?

Payday and CC paper available

I hope all of you are doing well! I just wanted to let you all know that if you needed any Payday loans or CC paper I got them. I have a dear friend who has a direct relationship with the creditors trying to move files and the Payday's have been liquidating at 12-15% over 90 days..Some claim more but these numbers are pretty darn solid here. I have great prices on 0 agency and will work out
